Our compliments concerns and complaints procedure

P4C Healthcare welcomes all of your feedback because this helps us to improve our services.  We have an open procedure for managing any concerns and complaints.  All of our homecare clients receive a copy of our procedure when the service starts. We want to make sure that that you are in no doubt about how to voice any concerns that may arise or to give us any positive feedback.

Your Satisfaction

The care office team will regularly check that you are satisfied with the services that you receive from us. We share this information with our regulators who have the responsibility for making sure homecare services meet the requirements of the law and meet fundamental standards of quality and safety. We are also members of the Scottish Care the organisation that us to achieve high standards of care and support.
