Fantastic service, Helene and Hashim both went way beyond the expected standard when providing temporary care when we had to go away. Arranging it was very simple and straightforward, and they provided us with invaluable peace of mind knowing that the family were getting the very best care. My dad particularly valued the time they spent just chatting and taking an interest in him, and I really appreciated that they took the time to do some cleaning or tidying up, or whatever needed to be done, around the house. We will definitely be using them again - having P4C on the other end of the phone makes a world of difference when you're trying to juggle caring responsibilities with the rest of your life.

Our family recruited P4C Healthcare for 24/7 end of life care for a family member for 4/5 weeks in April / May and we were blessed to have them. Helene is a remarkable woman who takes the time to really listen to what is needed, to understand the beliefs and needs of her patient and their way of life and connection/ needs in relation to others. She has a tangible warmth and genuine care for people that comes across in her very considerate, spacious, grounded and calm, flexible way of working. Her team also have this genuine and gentle approach and yet are able to quickly take action and change the care requirements when needed. I really noticed the benefit of the effective interpersonal connection and communication between staff, the team are very supportive of each other. I feel that they are really in service in the most beautiful way in this role of end of life care, it is a calling rather than just a job. Carers at P4C are professional, friendly and reliable. Good continuity of provision means known carers attend. Office staff are efficient, responsive and their automated electronic communication of rosters is very useful.

In such difficult times, P4C has carried out their duties in an exemplary fashion, making sure that all my wife's needs have been met. The dedicated team of carers are all very friendly, efficient, and genuinely interested in looking after their client and our family. I want to thank Hashim and the rest of the team who helped us through every process and making sure my wife is looked after, I can confidently recommend to anyone requiring care services.

I had the good fortune to have carer from P4C, care for my husband. They made sure we were both happy with the plan in place. We had the same carer which was very important for my husband who has dementia and were given the opportunity to try different packages to ensure we had the correct plan in place. Great support all round.
